You can request a return for valid concerns such as:

  • Receiving the wrong product or an item different from what was ordered
  • A defective or damaged product
  • A product that is Dead on Arrival (completely non-functional)

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. For wrong, damaged, or defective items, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect the issue. If it aligns with our return policy, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. However, if no issues are found, shipping and handling fees may be deducted.

Refunds will be processed immediately and typically reflect in your bank account within 10 days. If you opt for a replacement, the new product will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Return & Refund Criteria

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a return. However, please note the following conditions:

Return Request Guidelines:

  • A return request must be raised within 2 days from the delivery date.
  • For damaged products, the request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return.

Returns for Unwanted or Unsatisfactory Products:

  • If the product does not meet your expectations or you simply do not like it, a return is possible only if the product is completely seal-packed and has not been opened.
  • Once the seal is broken, the product is considered non-sellable, and a return will not be accepted.
  • In such cases, you will be required to bear both-side courier charges, along with any applicable handling fees or payment gateway charges.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all components such as the warranty card and owner’s manual, and must show no signs of wear or mishandling. Please ensure the item is properly packed, just as it was delivered to you, to prevent any damage or dents during return shipping. Failure to do so may result in the return being refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • This return policy applies exclusively to online purchases made at electronicbazaru.com. It does not apply to in-store purchases made at our Chennai showroom.

Return Shipping Charges:

  • Shipments below 500g: ₹60 per side (₹120 for both sides).
  • For additional weight: ₹150 per extra 500

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Products or packaging damaged due to negligence or improper use are not eligible for return.
  • The returned package must include all accessories, user manuals, tags, warranty cards, and the original packaging.
  • If you purchase an internal component or accessory (e.g., RAM, SSD, SMPS) that is found to be incompatible with your device, the return policy may not be applicable.

Right to Cancel Return/Replacement Requests:

We reserve the right to reject a return or replacement if:

  1. Our quality team does not find the reported defect, or the package is missing accessories.
  2. The product value exceeds ₹5000, is fully functional, and the reason for return is personal preference rather than a defect.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the item is packed and dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines:

  • If you have paid online, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase. However, a deduction of at least 10% (covering payment gateway and handling charges) will apply.
  • If your order experiences delays in transit due to operational issues or unforeseen logistical circumstances and you choose to cancel, a 10% cancellation charge (including handling and payment gateway fees) will be applicable.

Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Orders placed for products not in stock at our warehouse and specially procured from suppliers at the customer’s request cannot be canceled.
  • If you have made a booking payment for an order, cancellation will not be possible once processing begins. This is due to internal factors such as:
    • Special procurement of the product exclusively for your order.
    • Completion of the billing process.
    • Special arrangements made specifically for fulfilling your request.
